Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, the following standards apply to vendors, performers, volunteers, staff, and attendees:

Expected Behavior

  • Treat all participants with respect and dignity.
  • Follow all local laws, park regulations, and event guidelines.
  • Cooperate with event organizers and designated volunteers.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Prohibited Behavior

The following will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any protected identity.
  • Hate symbols, hate speech, or threatening language.
  • Unwanted physical contact.
  • Disruptive, dangerous, or unsafe conduct.
  • Failure to comply with event staff instructions.

Reporting & Enforcement

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior:

  • Report it to the Information Tent or any identifiable event volunteer or staff member.
  • All reports will be reviewed promptly by event leadership.
  • Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund.
  • Serious violations may result in removal from the premises and prohibition from future events.
