Expected Behavior
- Treat all participants with respect and dignity.
- Follow all local laws, park regulations, and event guidelines.
- Cooperate with event organizers and designated volunteers.
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Prohibited Behavior
The following will not be tolerated:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any protected identity.
- Hate symbols, hate speech, or threatening language.
- Unwanted physical contact.
- Disruptive, dangerous, or unsafe conduct.
- Failure to comply with event staff instructions.
Reporting & Enforcement
If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior:
- Report it to the Information Tent or any identifiable event volunteer or staff member.
- All reports will be reviewed promptly by event leadership.
- Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund.
- Serious violations may result in removal from the premises and prohibition from future events.
